Every organization I talked to had the same story. They'd built an audience. They'd launched a platform. And engagement still wasn't there. The gap was obvious to me almost immediately: nobody was doing the actual work of building a community after the setup was done.
I couldn't unsee that problem, so I started solving it, one founder and one organization at a time. That freelance work became Liaison because the need was too real to stay part-time.
Today, my mission is to help organizations do more than build an audience. I want to help them build something that creates real impact, for their members and for their mission. That's the work I show up for.

Built From a Problem We Kept Seeing
Liaison didn't start as a company. It started as freelance work, one founder at a time, helping people navigate platforms and strategy on the side. Every project surfaced the same pattern: communities don't fail from bad intentions. They fail because no one stays close enough to the work after launch.
That pattern is what turned freelancing into Liaison. The company was built to be the partner that stays, through setup, through launch, and through every quiet month after, when most others have already moved on.
