I am Will Allen, founder of Liaison Community Management and Board Member of the Community Consultants Collective. I lead partnerships and programming within the Collective while working directly with founders, associations, and enterprises on everything from community ideation to ongoing management. This is not just my work. It is my passion.

I started Liaison because I believe real connection changes everything. My goal is to help founders, associations, and creators to stop broadcasting to their audiences and start building communities where people genuinely belong.
